One of the most important parts of any healthy incident response process is the completion and distribution of the postmortem-- the document that captures reflections and actions to be taken as a result of the incident to make certain that it never happens again.
At Kintaba, we're always looking for ways to help teams and companies distribute, discover, and read postmortems to help make this process seamless and accessible to everyone in the company.
Today we're announcing the Postmortems page, which lets you quickly browse postmortems for all your incidents.
Using the Postmortem Library:
1. Click the new "Postmortems" link in the "Documents" section of your left bar to access the library.
2. Browse and discover postmortems in a document-first view.
3. Read, print, and share, the postmortem, or access the related incident for additional context.
